The High Income Threshold under the Fair Work Act increased on 1 July 2019 from $145,000 to $148,700. Applicants relying on meeting this threshold for an ENS or RSMS age exemption must ensure that the relevant threshold is met for each of the three requisite years.

Applications open for Skilled Regional (Provisional) Subclass 489, occupation lists updated frequently, latest update 2 August 2019. Apply through online nomination portal.
3. Queensland – Business and Skilled Migration Queensland
Applications closed due to the unprecedented demand of the skilled program the BSMQ skilled program is temporarily CLOSED. Expressions of interest (EOI’s) submitted for SkillSelect after 5.00pm AEST 30 July 2019 will not be considered at this time. EOIs submitted from 29–30 July 2019 (5.00pm AEST) will be accepted and considered over the coming months. Due to this demand, it is unlikely that the subclass 489 program will reopen.
